Hey! I am Iliana 

My purpose and passion are to help you live a healthier, happier life through my personal and group coaching.

​I’m a certified fitness trainer and over the last 2 decades, I’ve been helping people, specially women, with their physical and emotional health.  

Thanks to my experience as a coach, I have been able to help many people transform their bodies, their health, and their lives, and with this same approach, I want to guide your transformation.

I'm dynamic, human, full of life and energy, lifelong runner, yogi and martial arts aficionado. I have practiced and taught a multitude of disciplines, including athletic training, strength training, stretching, aerobics, Pilates and Yoga.

My broad knowledge of Fitness and Wellness translates into an enriched experience for all my clients. 

Why can I help you ?

Over 20 years ago, I started teaching fitness classes and although I have been slim for most of my life, my body-food journey was not always easy in my teens and in my twenties. I lived in constant anxiety about food and that affected my self-esteem. That is why I understand how soul-consuming that type of anxiety can be for you.

Exercise and healthy eating worked for a while, but the problem persisted. It took me a long time to understand the actual causes of the problem and eliminate them. They were all mindset base causes.

After helping myself, I was able to guide women to do the same and get the body they want applying simple and often counterintuitive strategies to lose weight. Helping you get out of those vicious cycles has become a passion.

The approach I have developed is gentle and holistic. You can imagine how smooth this approach is, it's called the Honey Method. This method is not for everyone, it’s not for you if you want quick results, if you are not willing to do the minimal intentional work, if you are looking for a miracle cure. It’s for you if you are fed up with the way things are and want to change them for good, and want to try a different approach that does not focus on diets and long weekly hours of exercise. An approach that is focused on you as a whole person.

I know that if you do apply this method, you will feel more energetic, lighter, stronger, healthier and, of course, happier!
