Over 20 years ago, I started teaching fitness classes and although I have been slim for most of my life, my body-food journey was not always easy in my teens and in my twenties. I lived in constant anxiety about food and that affected my self-esteem. That is why I understand how soul-consuming that type of anxiety can be.
Exercise and healthy eating worked for a while, but the problem persisted. It took me a long time to understand the actual causes of the problem and eliminate them. They were all mindset base causes.
After helping myself, I was able to guide women to do the same and get the body they want applying simple and often counterintuitive strategies to lose weight.
Helping you get out of those vicious circles has become a passion.
The approach I have developed is gentle and holistic. This method is not for everyone, it’s not for you if you want quick results, if you are not willing to do the minimal intentional work, if you are looking for a miracle cure. It’s for you if you are fed up with the way things are and want to change them for good, and want to try a different approach that does not focus on diets and long weekly hours of exercise. An approach that is focused on you as a whole person.
