    Yes, absolutely, this program is suitable for beginners and more advance exercisers. I have personally worked with all levels and also with a wide rage of ages, but my clients usually are professional women with busy schedules.  

    What kind of support is available if I have questions or need assistance?

    You will have access to me via email. You can write me as much as you need and at anytime during the 8-week program. You will receive an answer within 24 hours from Monday to Friday.

    How often do I need to engage with the Bee Fit & Fab program?

    The concept involves completing a minimum of three weekly workouts (each lasting 30 minutes), completing a 10-minute daily Mindset exercise (5 minutes in the morning and 5 minutes at night), and attending a live 60-minute coaching call once a week (on Saturdays) to gain insights that accelerate your results. Alternatively, you can watch the recording of the 60-minute call at your convenience.

    How do I access the materials/resources included in Bee Fit & Fab?

    When you register for the program, you will receive an email with a log in to connect to my exclusive portal where you will find the program materials and lessons.
